I'm curious as to how these racehorses are being maintained. I just accepted a 17.2 4 year old in on race training that sustained a bow back in spring of 2010. I'm wondering the best route to start him back into training and racing and to help reduce the risk of him rebowing. The gelding's not a very "speedy" horse, just has such a ground covering stride that he wears down the other horses. Any advice?
